Dec. 19, 2017: The Inauguration & Blessing of Renovated Pamboor Church was held on Monday 18.12.2017 at 5 p.m by Most Rev. Dr Gerald Isaac Lobo, Bishop of Udupi Diocese. Mr. Vinaykumar Sorake, Member of Legislative Assembly, Kapu Constituency graced the occasion as the Guest of Honor.
The premises was colorfully decorated. Rev. Fr. Paul Rego, Parish Priest, Holy Cross Church, Pamboor welcomed the Bishop of Udupi Diocese. He along with many priests concelebrated the Holy Eucharistic mass. The blessing of the Church, faithfuls present and the Altar was done by the sprinkling of the Holy water. Later a formal function was organised to honor the dignitaries for their valuable contributions.
