Pamboor Welfare Association of Kuwait (PWAK), organized Parish Feast, Christmas and New Year Party in Abbasiya Hall for the 1st time in Kuwait on 2-Jan-2015. The program commenced by the introduction by compere Samson J. Noronha. Mr. Stany Monis conducted the prayer, followed by prayer dance by Baby Venisha Saldhanha.
President Mr. Johnson Martis welcomed the gathering. A Christmas cake was cut, by the committee members to mark the celebration. Ms Lavita Monteiro (Secretary of PWAK) presented the Report of PWAK to the gathering. The event was followed by the “Carol Singing” by the PWAK members.
Children were excited as they were loaded with lots of chocolates and goodies once Santa made his entry. Ms. Saritha Noronha (cultural secretary of PWAK) had organized many games for the children and for the parents. Compere Samson Noronha conducted many spot games during the program. DJ Shane Lasrado made the crowd to dance on their feet with the tremendous music. Group dance from Viola & Group, Alvita & Group and by Venisha has added value to the program. Mr. Allen Cardoza (Video) & Mr. Vinod Monteiro (Photography) captured these beautiful events in their cameras. A grand dinner prepared by M&M Confectionaries, was served at the end. The entire program was well appreciated by the local Mangalorian community, and exceeded everyone’s expectations.
