Sept 18, 2016: ICYM unit of our parish organized inter ward Sports Competitions on 18 September 2016 with an aim to strengthen the unity among the parishioners.The competitions were held at Sri Narayana Guru school grounds. The competitions started at 2:15 p.m. sharp. Rev. Fr. Paul Rego led the prayer service and President of ICYM Josnil Quadras welcomed the gathering.
Separate competitions were organized for men and women. Cricket was conducted for women, Dodge ball was conducted for men, Cracking the pot and 'Super minute' a multi tasking game was also organized. Mr. Edward Menezes and Mr. Richard Saldanha entertained cricket viewers with their wonderful commentary. The parishioners from all the wards took part actively. Huge crowd gathered to view the competitions and to support their wards.
